PulsoDesk may integrate with third-party services such as Zoom. By connecting a third-party service:

• You authorize PulsoDesk to access data permitted by the integration scopes
• You acknowledge that third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies
• You understand that PulsoDesk does not control third-party platforms
• You may disconnect third-party integrations at any time

4. User Content & Data

You retain ownership of all data and content you submit to PulsoDesk.

• By using the platform, you grant PulsoDesk a limited, non-exclusive right to process your data solely to provide the services you request.
• PulsoDesk does not claim ownership of your business data.

5. Security & Data Protection

We implement reasonable measures to protect your data; however, no system is completely secure. You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for maintaining secure access to your account
• PulsoDesk is not liable for unauthorized access caused by factors outside our control

6. Subscription, Fees & Availability

Certain features of PulsoDesk may be offered under paid plans.

• Pricing and billing terms will be clearly disclosed
• We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Service availability may vary due to maintenance or updates

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use PulsoDesk for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities
• Upload malicious code or attempt to interfere with system integrity

PulsoDesk, its logos, trademarks, and software are the intellectual property of Tekno Spot. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of PulsoDesk without prior written permission.

10. Disclaimers

PulsoDesk is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all third-party services

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulsoDesk and Tekno Spot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PulsoDesk after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
